These terms govern your use of The Complete Studio website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms. If anything here isn’t clear, just ask, we’d rather explain it than have a misunderstanding later.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors to thecompletestudio.com and to all clients who engage The Complete Studio for services. “We“, “us“, and “our” refers to The Complete Studio registered in India. “You” refers to the visitor or client.
The Complete Studio provides branding, web design and development, AI and automation, CRM and software consultancy, AI SEO, and marketing services. The specific services, scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are agreed in a separate proposal or contract document, which forms part of the agreement between us.
We reserve the right to decline any project or client at our discretion, including after an initial consultation.
A project begins when both parties have agreed in writing to the scope, cost, and timeline, either by signed contract, written email confirmation, or payment of a deposit invoice. The proposal document, these Terms & Conditions, and any specific agreements made in writing together constitute the full agreement between us.
Verbal agreements are not binding. Changes to agreed scope must be confirmed in writing by both parties before work proceeds.
Standard projects: 70% deposit required before work begins. Remaining 30% due on completion, before final files or site launch are delivered.
Retainers: Invoiced monthly in advance. Payment due within 10 days of invoice date.
Late payment: Invoices unpaid after 10 days may incur a late payment charge of 2% per week on the outstanding amount. We reserve the right to pause work on any project where payment is overdue.
We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer, Wise and bank transfer. Currency and payment method are confirmed at the proposal stage.
Deposits: The initial deposit is non-refundable. It covers the strategy, discovery and scheduling work that begins at project start.
Project cancellation by client: If a client cancels a project after work has begun, payment is due for all work completed to the date of cancellation, calculated at the agreed project rate or a day rate of $350 (or equivalent), whichever is lower.
Retainer cancellation: Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice after any minimum commitment period has been fulfilled. No refunds are issued for prepaid retainer months already in progress.
Project cancellation by The Complete Studio: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a project, we will refund any payments made for work not yet delivered and provide as much notice as possible.
A project’s success depends on the client as much as on us. By engaging The Complete Studio, you agree to:
Delays caused by the client, including late feedback, missing content, or delayed approvals may affect the project timeline. The Complete Studio is not liable for delays arising from client-side factors.
Every project proposal specifies the number of revision rounds included. Revisions beyond the agreed number, or requests that change the agreed scope, will be quoted and invoiced separately before additional work begins.
A revision is a change to work within the agreed brief. A scope change is a request that goes beyond the agreed brief, new pages, new features, new deliverables, or a significant change in direction after approval. Scope changes are always discussed and agreed in writing before proceeding.
Your content: Any content, images, materials, or information you provide remains your intellectual property. You grant The Complete Studio a licence to use it for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
The Complete Studio’s work: All design, code, copy, and other deliverables created by TCS become your property upon receipt of full payment. Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of The Complete Studio.
Portfolio rights: The Complete Studio reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of engagement. We will always handle sensitive business information with discretion.
Third-party assets: Stock imagery, fonts, plugins, and licensed software used in a project are subject to their own licence terms. We will advise on any assets that require a separate client licence.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share details of your business, project, finances, or strategy with third parties without your consent, except where required by law, or where necessary to deliver the agreed services (for example, sharing a project brief with a specialist collaborator under a confidentiality obligation).
We’re happy to sign a mutual NDA if your project requires it. Just ask before the engagement begins.
The Complete Studio warrants that services will be delivered with reasonable skill and care, and in accordance with the agreed brief and scope.
We do not warrant that:
Results projections and estimates shared in proposals or calls are honest assessments based on experience, not guarantees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Complete Studio’s total liability to you in connection with any project or service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that project or service in the preceding 12 months.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Many projects involve third-party platforms and services – Webflow, HubSpot, Google, Shopify, and others. The Complete Studio is not responsible for changes in pricing, features, availability, or terms of service made by third-party platforms after a project is delivered. We will advise you of any platform-level risks we’re aware of at the time of the project.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
